SPARK, the SkillsUSA Missouri District Officer Training Institute, prepares students to lead their District Fall Leadership Conferences as facilitators. The training focuses on communication and responsibility by covering Opening & Closing Ceremonies, POWERR-ful communication, and facilitation!

SkillsUSA Missouri’s State Leadership and Skills Conference allows you to experience thousands of career and technical education students, from high schools and colleges across our state, proving they’re ready for jobs in manufacturing, transportation, construction, hospitality and human services.
SkillsUSA and the SkillsUSA Framework are an integral part of my classroom. Becoming active members of the SkillsUSA student-led organization has allowed my students to become State Officers, District Officers, and Local Chapter Leaders, preparing them for career success.
